Another Productive MEUG Meeting
A big thank you to everyone who joined our first Midwest Epicor Users Group meeting of 2018! Paul Arthur, Datix’s VP of Consulting, got our meeting off to a great start by taking everyone through the Epicor 10.2 active homepage. Duke Manufacturing’s VP of Information Technologies Christine Freed then presented an overview of each step in the company’s migration from Epicor version 9 to version 10.1.600, giving helpful upgrade tips and sharing the advantages of the newer version.
Yesterday’s meeting was just the first of four that we will have this year. Be on the lookout for information on the next MEUG meeting in the second quarter. MEUG meets each quarter to build an active community of Epicor users and learn how to get the most from their ERP instances. Users and members of our Datix team share experiences, discuss specific features and offer advice.
We look forward to meeting with even more Epicor users next quarter to brainstorm ideas to continue improving our software practices! Thanks again to the members for a productive session, Tacony Corporation for hosting our meeting and Christine Freed for an informative presentation.
Our journey to continue learning about Epicor ERP doesn’t stop with the meeting. Feel free to reach out to Datix for any ERP and enterprise software questions or comments. As an Epicor Platinum Partner, we know the tips and tricks to leveraging the full functionality of Epicor for enhanced business processes. If you have any questions, suggestions on topics or want to join the group please contact Erick Hernandez from Datix.
