Thank you for sharing this great article! One of the issues I often encounter in ERP implementations, is that the super user are selected based upon an incorrect perception of their actual role. It´s always a good idea to spend some time with managements and super users to make sure everyone is on the same page and that expectations are in synch!

Many often than not, Super users not only with prior ERP knowledge but also with strong functional knowledge are ignored by even top brass with petty selfish interests.

this is so tru and and so real.Unortunately despite the amount of effort and hard work supers users put most superusers are just seen as some small tools to aid the important somone ‘s work to go ahead and this important person gets the recognition/reward, the tool does not
